Description:

The course will educate attendees on the key principles for developing a successful compliance program. Reviewing the Compliance Program Reference Tool for Physician Practices and providing additional background on the importance of an effective compliance program will enhance attendees' understanding.

Objectives:

Upon course completion, attendees will be able to:
• Understand the difference between a compliance plan and a compliance program,
• Identify key components required in a compliance program,
• Communicate the importance of compliance to staff and providers, and
• Organize and implement a compliance program.
