It’s hard being the new kid on the block! And let’s be honest, it’s time consuming and expensive to onboard - so it’s imperative we do it right! The first few days at any new job are critical in creating buy-in to your culture and setting new team members up for success! We must do better than just going over the handbook and teaching about all the things they shouldn’t do. Instead, we should use this opportunity to create passionate advocates, show them they are a part of something bigger than themselves, and give them access to the tools they’ll need to succeed!
