Hayley G. Boling MBA, COE

Hayley Boling, MBA, COE is the Chief Executive Officer for Boling Vision Center & INSIGHT Surgery

Center in Northern Indiana. Coming from a long line of medical entrepreneurs, Hayley brings a

unique perspective to ophthalmic leadership. She is passionate about developing and redefining

practice culture, maximizing practice efficiencies by modernizing practice processes and patient

flow, and enhancing the guest experience by consistently exceeding expectations. These passions,

combined with the ongoing cultivation of an amazing support team, have been the driving force

behind the inspired expansion of Boling Vision Center’s practice infrastructure over the past 10

years.

In addition to being named an industry “Game Changer” 3 times in her career thus far, as well as an

award winning author, Hayley is an active Board Member for OWL – Ophthalmic World Leaders – as

well as the American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators (ASOA), a Committee Member for ASCRS’

Government Relations and HIT Committees, an Advisory Board Member and Task Force/Committee

Member for several industry organizations, a Past-Chairman of the Board for AE Magazine, and

actively participates as an Indiana Representative for the Alliance of Specialty Medicine’s Fly-In on

Capitol Hill. She is a contributing author in various industry magazines, books & publications and

serves as a presenter & panel member at various conferences and meetings across the world.
