L. Elizabeth Cifers MBA, MSW, CHC, CPC

Ms. Cifers joined BSM in 2018 and is based in Midlothian, Va.

Prior to joining BSM, she served as a Business and Finance Administrator/Compliance Officer for a multi-site practice in Virginia known for its expertise in retina and vitreous diseases.

Ms. Cifers has more than 30 years of health care industry experience. During her tenure, she has learned that every problem can be solved by objectively observing and assessing practices to determine barriers to workflow and best practices. Ms. Cifers has the unique ability to relate to practice staff and providers, helping them to understand the ‘why’ behind a process by breaking down tasks down into manageable components.
