Ben Seals MBA

Ben started his career in healthcare over 15 years ago. He has worked in a variety of organizations holding diverse roles in operations, customer service, provider relations, and M&A. Prior to his current position as CEO of Thomas Eye Group, Ben worked for a division of Cardinal Health. Ben is passionate about patient experience, staff development, and integrating technology to drive better patient outcomes. Ben completed his undergraduate degree at Texas State University, and his MBA from the University of Georgia.

In his current role, Ben oversees the execution of Thomas Eye Group’s strategic vision. As one of Atlanta’s leading providers of comprehensive eye care, TEG’s mission is to provide a lifetime of outstanding eye care. Outside of TEG, Ben serve’s the local community through Prevent Blindness Georgia. Ben lives in Gwinnett County, GA with his wife Amanda and their four kids Michaela, Asa, Elyssa, and Jonah. Ben is actively involved in his kids sports and his family’s local church community.
