Hayley Boling serves as CEO of Boling Vision Center, INSIGHT Surgery Center, INFOCUS Optical Lab, Executive Director of Kindness to Prevent Blindness—a nonprofit ensuring access to vision care for more than 20,000 students annually—and Founder of HGB Consulting. She holds multiple national leadership roles, including Immediate Past President of the American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators (ASOA), Board Member for Ophthalmic World Leaders (OWL), and Board Member for the National Board of Certified Ophthalmic Executives (NBCOE). Based in Northern Indiana (Notre Dame Country), Hayley combines operational expertise with a mission to transform organizational culture.
