Holly Fields COA, COE

Holly is the Senior Director/Department Administrator of ophthalmology, and has clinical operations oversight in Dermatology with the Banner University Medical Group. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, majoring in Journalism and Mass Communications.

Holly started her Ophthalmology career in Raleigh, North Carolina and has held positions as a lead ophthalmic assistant/ophthalmic photographer in a growing, retina practice for 8 years and as a clinical manager in a well-established, comprehensive ophthalmology practice for nearly 6 years.

In 2021, Holly and her family moved out West for growth opportunities and new adventures, and now call Tucson, Arizona home.

In her free time, Holly spends as much time as possible exploring the outdoors with her 3 boys and follows her passion for whitewater rafting - when the water’s running!!

Holly is a contributing editor and frequent author for Administrative Eyecare (AE) magazine and currently sits on the AE Editorial Board (2022 – 2024).
