Kim Monaco SPHR, SCP

Kim Monaco has served as Human Resources Director of Eye Specialty Group, since November 2016. She brings twenty years of experience in the Human Resources field. Ms. Monaco joined the company in February 2016 as the Human Resources Manager and is responsible for all Human Resources aspects of the company. She brings twenty years of experience in the Human Resources field. Prior to joining ESG, Ms. Monaco served in various Human Resources Generalists roles, most recently at West Cancer Center as HR Generalist, HR Specialist, and HR Manager during her eleven year tenure. Ms. Monaco holds an MBA degree from University of Memphis and a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Management with a Minor in Communication from Arizona State University. She also holds senior level certifications in her field as a SHRM-SCP and HRCI - SPHR.
