Laura Baldwin RN, CPC, ELI-MP

Ms. Baldwin joined BSM in 2007 and is based in Kentucky. With more than 25 years of experience in health care, her areas of focus include strategic planning, identification and implementation of operational improvements, executive and leadership coaching, and teaching and training. Ms. Baldwin is passionate about helping clients achieve their professional and personal goals by improving individual performance in a way that positively impacts the client and their organization.

In her current role, Ms. Baldwin provides ongoing leadership development, coaching, and support within the practice setting.
