Ryan Schumacher is the founder of Satisfied Patient, a service that helps healthcare practices get online reviews and actionable patient feedback. Helping practices improve their patient experience to get more new patients, retain existing patients, and lower their costs is Ryan’s passion.

Ryan works with some of the top ophthalmology practices in the US, including; Sabates Eye Centers, Shepherd Eye Centers, Associated Eye Care and more. Ryan enjoys having clients like these who are truly passionate about the patient experience.

Ryan previously spent 15 years at a Fortune 100 company in roles across marketing, advertising, and customer experience.
